The Concrete Extruded House, Neutral Bay.
This renovation boasts concrete elegance that inspires. A collaboration in perfect harmony of acute contemporary architecture and the traditional; with an extensive flowing renovation, and restoration of the existing Federation home. Toki Construction surpassed expectation creating this perfect off-form concrete shell for the extension, then layering in all the finer elements. The works here extended into the rear garden, including a pool area renovation.

“The concrete roof was committed to by the client, and largely resolved pre-construction, but it took the practical intelligence and experience of Toki to make it happen.
Toki made the project, and the generally stressful process of construction, a pleasure. Sean and his team were easy to work with and their calm, professional approach to the works were appreciated by all involved".
